Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and kiss999 ("kiss999", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the kiss999 website, mobile interface, software, products and services available at https://kiss999.cam (collectively the "Platform").

kiss999 provides English-language information, entertainment and account services relating to sports betting and live casino activity. The Platform is made available solely to adult users who satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3. By creating an account, depositing funds or using any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling guidelines, each of which forms part of the agreement between you and kiss999.

Definitions

The following terms, when capitalised in this document, carry the meanings assigned below unless context clearly requires otherwise.

Account Eligibility

Access to the kiss999 Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Casino-style gambling and sports wagering are not available to persons under 21, including those aged 18–20.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or nominee of another person.
• You are not a Restricted Person under the definitions contained in these Terms.
• Your use of the Services does not violate any law, regulation, or rule applicable in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for verifying whether online gambling access is lawful in your location.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by kiss999 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, agent or immediate family member of a person employed by kiss999 or an associated entity.

Account Registration

Each User may hold only one active Account. Creating duplicate, multiple or proxy Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of Funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. kiss999 relies on the details provided to perform KYC verification, process payments and fulfil legal obligations. You must promptly update any information that changes after registration.

Your Account login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — are strictly personal. You must not share, transfer or sell access to your Account. kiss999 support staff will never request your password in any channel. If you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation, contact support at once.

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with other online services.
• Log out of shared or public devices after every session.
• Enable additional security features where available on the Account settings page.
• Report any suspicious activity on your Account without delay.

kiss999 may require a User to complete enhanced KYC at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal. Acceptable identity documents may include a Malaysian national identity card (MyKad), passport, and proof of address issued within three months of the request date.

Deposits & Payments

kiss999 displays a range of Malaysian payment channels through the Account cashier. Available methods may include, but are not limited to: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, Financial Process Exchange (FPX), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay. Method availability is subject to change without notice and may differ based on account verification status, transaction history or system availability.

All deposits are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. These limits are subject to revision at kiss999's discretion. Processing times stated in the cashier are indicative only; actual credit times may be affected by bank maintenance windows, payment network conditions or security review requirements.

• Only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted.
• Retain transaction reference numbers until the deposit is confirmed in your Account balance.
• Contact support if a deposit has not appeared in your Account within the indicated processing window.
• kiss999 does not charge internal processing fees for standard deposits; however, your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges.

kiss999 reserves the right to reverse or withhold any deposit that is identified as fraudulent, incorrectly routed or associated with a suspicious transaction pattern. In such cases, the User will be notified through the registered contact details and invited to provide clarifying information within a reasonable time frame.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the official kiss999 Account cashier. kiss999 does not process withdrawal requests submitted through any other channel, including support chat or email.

Before a withdrawal is approved, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• KYC verification must be fully completed to the standard required by kiss999 at the time of the request.
• The Account must be in good standing with no outstanding Terms breach investigations.
• Any applicable wagering requirement on a claimed Bonus must have been met in full before withdrawal of associated winnings.
• The requested amount must not exceed the applicable withdrawal limit displayed in the cashier.
• The nominated recipient payment method must be registered in the Account holder's own name.

E-wallet withdrawals to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay are typically processed within five to thirty minutes after approval, under normal operating conditions. Malaysian bank account transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. Cryptocurrency withdrawals, where available, are subject to network confirmation times. All stated timelines are estimates and carry no guarantee.

Bonuses & Promotions

kiss999 may, from time to time, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, birthday rewards, referral programs and other incentives. Each promotion is governed by specific terms that are published at the time the offer is made. General conditions that apply to all kiss999 promotions are set out below.

• Bonus Funds are distinct from real-money Funds and may not be withdrawn directly. Withdrawal of bonus-related winnings is only permitted after the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Only one promotion may be active at a time unless the relevant promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Promotions are valid for the period stated in the promotion terms. Unclaimed or un-activated bonuses may expire.
• kiss999 reserves the right to cancel, modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to respecting the interests of Users who have already opted in and are actively meeting the relevant requirements.
• Abuse of promotions — including through collusion, use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies or any other method intended to exploit bonus terms — will result in forfeiture of the relevant bonus and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

Bonus figures cited as examples across the kiss999 Platform, including in VIP tier guides and referral program descriptions, are illustrative of possible programme structures and are not guaranteed payments. Actual eligibility and amounts are determined at the time of the relevant promotion and are subject to meeting all stated conditions.

Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in any conduct that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive or disruptive to the kiss999 Platform or to other Users. Without limiting the generality of this obligation, the following acts are expressly prohibited:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether alone or in conjunction with other persons.
• Providing false, misleading or inaccurate registration or KYC information.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financially criminal purpose.
• Attempting to access, interfere with or reverse-engineer any kiss999 system, database or software.
• Using automated software, bots or scripted tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing kiss999 staff or other Users through any communication channel.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity.

kiss999 cooperates with relevant regulatory and law-enforcement authorities where required. Any Account associated with prohibited conduct may be suspended immediately without prior notice, and Funds held in such an Account may be withheld pending investigation.

Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, trademarks, service marks, logos, software, data and other material forming part of the kiss999 Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of kiss999 or its licensors. No permission is granted to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, transmit or create derivative works of any Platform content for commercial or non-personal purposes without the prior written consent of kiss999.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. This licence terminates immediately upon any breach of these Terms or cancellation of the User Account.

Scraping, bulk downloading or systematic extraction of data from the Platform is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorised use of kiss999 Intellectual Property may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kiss999 excludes all warranties, representations and conditions, whether express or implied, relating to the Platform and the Services. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

kiss999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, business, revenue or profits.
• Delays or interruptions in payment processing caused by third-party banking or e-wallet providers.
• Decisions made by a User in reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics or promotional descriptions.
• Outcomes of any sporting event, casino game or market on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to a User Account resulting from the User's failure to safeguard login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law.

Suspension & Termination

kiss999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or criminal activity, failure to pass KYC requirements, or a User's request for voluntary self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling programme.

Where an Account is suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms, kiss999 may withhold some or all Funds pending investigation. Where a balance remains following the conclusion of any investigation and no breach is established, remaining real-money Funds will be returned to the User using the most recently verified payment method on the Account.

A User may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting kiss999 support. Closure requests are subject to satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements and completion of any pending withdrawal review.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which kiss999 is incorporated and licensed. Users located in Malaysia acknowledge that they are responsible for determining whether their access to the Platform is permitted under the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.

Disputes should first be directed to kiss999 support for attempted resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and kiss999 agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts as determined by the applicable governing law.

Amendments

kiss999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided through the Platform or by email to the registered Account address. Minor clarifications or formatting changes may be made without formal notice.

The date shown at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform following publication of an amended version of these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure as described in Clause 11.
